Sizing fast
For rough planning: allow 10 sq ft per person standing under cover, 15 sq ft per person seated in rows, and 20+ sq ft per person if you need tables, cots or work stations. A 20x40 covers roughly 80 people standing; a 40x60 handles a full base camp mess or a large distribution point.

- Location and access — can a truck and trailer reach the setup area
- Ground type: turf, gravel, asphalt or concrete (this determines stakes vs. ballast)
- Approximate footprint or headcount
- How long the structure needs to stand
- Power availability for lighting, fans or heaters

A tent alone is rarely enough. Sidewalls turn cover into an enclosed room, lighting keeps it functional after dark, and fans or heaters make it survivable in Eastern Washington's temperature swings. We stage these together so one delivery covers everything.

Same-day and next-day deployment is often possible depending on inventory and crew availability. Call our office during business hours, Monday through Friday, for the fastest answer.
Do you work with agencies and incident command?
Yes. We support agency, municipal and contractor requests and can provide documentation and invoicing that fits your procurement process.
Can tents be installed on asphalt or gravel?
Yes. On surfaces we can't stake, we use weighted ballast anchoring engineered for the structure and site conditions.
