Your inquiries

We use the contact information, event details, notes, rental selections and optional photos you submit to respond, prepare proposals and coordinate your event. Our team and service providers supporting inquiry handling, communication and rental management process this information for those purposes.

Google Ads measurement

We use Google Ads to measure advertising and optimize ads toward completed quote requests. Where tracking is permitted, Google may receive cookie and device identifiers, browser information, page visits and a quote-request completion event with a unique request reference. We do not include your name, email, phone, event address, notes or photos in that event. Customer matching and enhanced conversions are not enabled.

Consent and withdrawal

In the EEA, UK, Switzerland and locations where consent requirements cannot be resolved, Google advertising tags and events stay blocked until you accept. Canadian province information is unavailable, so we use the same consent choice throughout Canada. Elsewhere ordinary measurement can run without a banner, but a saved rejection always blocks our advertising events.

You may accept or reject equally, close the notice without accepting, or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings. Withdrawal stops new advertising events; events blocked when they occurred are not replayed later. Advertising personalization remains disabled.

Choice records

Your browser stores a random visitor reference, the time and region of each advertising choice, and the notice version shown. A later withdrawal preserves the earlier acceptance record. Completed request measurement references the choice applying at that time. These records remain on this browser and can be removed by clearing site storage; removing them resets the choice and may show the notice again.
