Stage Rentals
Modular staging that scales from a two-riser head table to a full band platform. We build to the height and footprint your production needs and handle load-in and strike.
Tent Rentals
A tent is the single decision that shapes every other rental on your list. We size, anchor and install tents for Eastern Washington conditions — orchard ground, vineyard slopes, canyon wind and mountain rain. Full install and teardown means you never touch a stake, or take it drop-and-go if you'd rather run it yourself.
Event Lighting Rentals
Your event starts in daylight and ends in the dark. Lighting is what carries the room across that line — and it is the rental couples most often wish they had added.
Table Rentals
Table count drives your linen count, your chair count and your tent size. Tell us your guest number and we will build the layout with you before you rent a single thing.
Chair Rentals
Guests sit in your chairs for hours and they show up in every photo. We stock clean, current styles in ceremony and reception quantities, and we deliver them stacked, wiped and ready.
Cooling Fan Rentals
Eastern Washington summers run hot. Air movement under a tent is the difference between guests staying for dancing and guests leaving after dinner.
Vendor rows, VIP and hospitality
Frame tents cover vendor booths, beer gardens, VIP hospitality, merch and first aid. Tables, chairs and cooling fans go under them.
Same-night strike when the schedule demands it
If the site has to be clear before morning, tell us when we build your proposal and we staff the strike accordingly.

How large a stage can you build?
Our staging is modular, so the footprint and height are built to your production plan. Send us your stage plot and we will price the deck count.
Can you cover a vendor row?
Yes. Frame tents are our standard for vendor booths, beer gardens and hospitality areas, with tables and chairs underneath.
Do you handle multi-day festivals?
Yes. We price multi-day events with install before gates and strike after the final set.
