- 3Our crew delivers, places every piece to the floor plan and strikes after the event — or drops it clean and ready for drop-and-go.
How many tables and chairs do I need for my guest count?
Plan one 60-inch round table and eight chairs per eight guests for a seated dinner. Add 6ft or 8ft banquet tables for buffet lines, bars, gifts, cake and catering prep — most events need four to eight extra banquet tables beyond guest seating. Send us your guest count and we will build the full count and layout with you before you commit.
Do you deliver and set up tables and chairs, or is it drop-and-go?
Both. Our crew delivers, places every table and chair to your floor plan and comes back for teardown — or we drop clean, ready-to-go inventory if you'd rather run setup yourself. Either way it's executed at a high level and everything arrives wiped, stacked and on time.
What table sizes do you rent?
60-inch round tables that seat eight, 6ft banquet tables (seats 6-8), 8ft banquet tables (seats 8-10), standing-height cocktail tables, and solid-wood 8ft farmhouse tables that need no linen. Sweetheart and head-table configurations available.
What chair styles do you carry?
White resin folding chairs (our most popular ceremony chair), fruitwood and mahogany folding chairs, and cross back vineyard chairs — our most requested upgrade. If you're searching for chiavari chairs (sometimes spelled chivari or chivary), our cross back and fruitwood chairs deliver the same upscale look with better comfort for long receptions.
Do you rent tables and chairs for backyard parties, or only big events?
Both. We set up 20-guest backyard dinners and 1,500-guest corporate productions. There's no event too small to do right.
