NCW Event Rentals is a locally owned event rental company serving Eastern Washington. We supply the tents, tables, chairs, floors, lighting and details that turn a field, a barn or a backyard into a real venue.
Who we are
Built for Eastern Washington Events
We love the wedding industry. Our owners got their start with marquee letters, went on to own and operate a venue, and after years of standing in the middle of real events they saw the need in the valley for a large-scale event rental company — so they built one.
Since then we've grown our inventory deep enough to outfit a 1,500-guest production, flexible enough for a 40-person backyard anniversary, and dialed in enough for corporate events, fundraisers and festivals in between.
Today we deliver across Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, Chelan, Manson, Leavenworth, Cle Elum and the Suncadia corridor, Ellensburg, Yakima, Moses Lake, Quincy, Ephrata, the Tri-Cities (Richland, Kennewick and Pasco) and everywhere in between. Cle Elum and the Kittitas County wedding corridor is one of our busiest markets — we know those venues, those access roads and that wind.
We work alongside planners, caterers, venues, DJs and other wedding-industry vendors across the region and the state, and we hold ourselves to a high standard on every event we touch.

We Run 15 to 30 Events in a Peak Weekend
During busy season, our crews are loading, installing and striking at 15 to 30 events every weekend. That volume is only possible because our inventory is deep, our routes are tight, and every team member knows exactly how the pieces fit together. It also means we have seen almost every site condition, timeline squeeze and last-minute guest-count change the Wenatchee Valley, Chelan, Leavenworth and Cle Elum/Suncadia corridors can throw at us — and we still show up on time.

Tent tops get washed, linens get pressed, chairs get wiped, glassware gets checked. Everything that arrives at your event looks the way it's supposed to — because your photos last forever.
We plan the whole setup
Anchoring, ballast, wind ratings, power for the lighting, dance floor leveling, table counts — it's all part of the job, not an upsell. A full event isn't the place to cut corners.

Safety First — Yours, Your Guests', and Our Crew's
The safety of your event, your guests and our crew is our #1 priority. A great event only works if everyone goes home safe at the end of the night. That's the part a lot of rental companies quietly skip. We don't. Every install we do is planned, engineered and documented to meet the codes and conditions that keep people protected — because a tent full of your guests, a stage full of performers, and a crew working at height are all places where the rules actually matter.
Licensed, bonded & insured
We carry full general liability coverage and provide certificates and documentation with your contract so you know the job is covered.
811 utility locates
Before we drive a single stake, tent anchor or light tower base, we call 811 for underground utility locates and check for overhead high-voltage lines. We also require clients to mark any private utilities, irrigation or septic lines that 811 does not cover.
Engineered wind ratings
Our tents are anchored and ballasted to rated wind loads for the site and the forecast. We monitor conditions on event day and we'll lower or secure a structure before weather becomes a problem.
Fire code compliant
Sidewalls, exits, occupancy loads, flame-certified fabrics and clear egress all follow local fire code. If your venue or fire marshal needs a layout plan, we provide it.
Commercial-grade equipment
Everything we rent is professional, commercial-grade inventory — not consumer or party-store grade. Frames, staging, flooring and tents built to be installed and used by real crews, event after event.
Inspected & maintained
Tent tops are washed and inspected between uses. Hardware is replaced before it wears. Staging legs, flooring locks and electrical are checked on every install. Nothing goes out tired.
Staked lighting
Lighting towers and uplighting are staked or weighted like any other install. We size bases and tie-downs for the footprint, surface and wind exposure so your lighting stays exactly where we put it all night.
We follow these practices because they're the right way to protect everyone on site. The venues, planners, fire marshals and couples we work with count on a professional team that shows up prepared and leaves nothing to chance.
