No venue, no built-in kitchen, no level floor, no power where you need it? That is exactly the work we do: transforming raw ground into a room that seats your guest list and survives the weather, whether it's a backyard, a vineyard, a mountainside or a ranch.
We handle delivery, professional installation and teardown — or a clean drop-and-go if you'd rather run setup yourself. However you want to work it, we execute at a high level and make sure every need is met.

A tent is the single decision that shapes every other rental on your list. We size, anchor and install tents for Eastern Washington conditions — orchard ground, vineyard slopes, canyon wind and mountain rain. Full install and teardown means you never touch a stake, or take it drop-and-go if you'd rather run it yourself.
Farmhouse tables are the fastest way to make a tent feel like a room. Bare wood tops mean no linens, less rental spend and a warmer photo — especially in our mountain and vineyard venues.
Guests sit in your chairs for hours and they show up in every photo. We stock clean, current styles in ceremony and reception quantities, and we deliver them stacked, wiped and ready.
Grass, gravel and pavers all ruin a dance floor experience. We level and install portable dance floors on real-world terrain so the first dance and the last song both work.
Your event starts in daylight and ends in the dark. Lighting is what carries the room across that line — and it is the rental couples most often wish they had added.
The arch is the backdrop of every ceremony photo you will keep. We deliver, place and secure it so wind does not decide where it stands.
Guest count sets tent size, tent size sets table layout, table layout sets chair and linen counts, and the dance floor has to land somewhere the band and the caterer can both live with. We build that plan with you before you commit to anything — and on qualifying events we come out and field-measure the site first.
Cle Elum and Leavenworth get cold after dark even in August. Chelan and Moses Lake get brutally hot in the afternoon. Ellensburg gets wind. We spec sidewalls, patio heaters and cooling fans based on where you are getting married and what that venue actually does in that month.
The same team that sets your tent comes back to take it down. Nothing is left for your family to deal with after the celebration.
Questions
For a peak-season Saturday in Cle Elum, Leavenworth or Chelan, six to twelve months out is normal. Tents and dance floors book first. If your date is close, call us anyway — we can often make it work.
However much support you need is up to you. Full delivery, installation and teardown are part of what we do on tents, dance floors, staging and lighting — or take it drop-and-go and handle setup yourself. Either way, every piece arrives clean and ready.
That is most of our work. We handle site access, ground conditions, anchoring and power planning for private-property weddings across Eastern Washington.
