24/7 Rapid Deployment — Eastern Washington

Emergency Response & Wildfire Base Camp Rentals in Eastern Washington

When a wildfire, flood, windstorm or extended outage hits Eastern Washington, the response needs shelter before it needs anything else. We deploy engineered frame tents, flooring, lighting, heating, cooling, tables and seating for fire camps, incident command posts, staging areas, evacuation shelters and cooling/warming centers — often within hours of the call.

Same equipment, same crew that installs 1,500-guest event structures — redirected to a job where the timeline is measured in hours. We know the terrain, the access roads and the wind behavior across Chelan, Douglas, Kittitas, Grant, Okanogan, Yakima and Adams counties.

  • Same-day / next-morning deployment
  • PO, resource order & agency invoicing
  • Ballast anchoring for pavement & lots

Capabilities

Emergency Response & Fire Response Rental Services

Wildfire Base Camps & Fire Camps

Dining halls, sleeping and rehab areas, supply distribution, shower-service support structures and briefing space for incident management teams, hand crews and engine companies. Structures from 20x20 up to large multi-bay footprints, configured around your camp layout.

Evacuation & Emergency Shelters

Rapid shelter for displaced residents during wildfire evacuations, floods, windstorms and extended power outages. Cooling shelters during Columbia Basin heat events and warming shelters during cold snaps, with seating, tables and lighting included.

Incident Command & Staging Areas

Covered space for command posts, check-in and credentialing, planning sections and staging. Solid sidewalls for security, window sidewalls for visibility, and flooring or subflooring so carts, wheelchairs and pallet jacks move safely.

Feeding & Catering Support

Tables, seating, serving tables, beverage stations and catering equipment for fire camp feeding lines and volunteer meal service. Everything arrives clean and inventoried for straightforward demobilization reconciliation.

Climate Control, Lighting & Power Layout

High-output cooling fans for 105-degree Basin afternoons, patio heaters for sub-freezing mountain nights, and interior and perimeter lighting for 24-hour operations. We plan power runs with your generator provider, not against them.

Extended-Term & Season-Long Installs

Structures stay up for days, weeks or a full fire season, priced by term and anchored for long-duration wind exposure. A crew stays on call for re-tensioning, storm repairs, relocations and mid-incident expansion.

How Deployment Works

  1. 01

Call with the location and footprint

Tell us the site, the surface (dirt, gravel, pavement or field), the square footage you need and your timeline. We answer honestly about what we can hit.

  2. 02

    Same-day or next-morning deployment

For most of Eastern Washington we can be on site the same day or the next morning, depending on structure size and road access. We know the terrain and the access roads.

  3. 03

    Install, anchor and climate-spec

Our crew installs, anchors for the forecast wind, specs heating or cooling against the actual conditions, and lights the site for 24-hour operations.

  4. 04

    On-call service through demobilization

We stay available for re-anchoring, repairs, relocations and expansion while the incident runs, then document inventory for clean demobilization and reimbursement.

Eastern Washington fire season means structures have to handle real wind and real heat; we anchor and climate-spec for the actual site, not a catalog photo.

Questions

Emergency Response Rental FAQs

How fast can you deploy emergency tents and equipment?

For most of Eastern Washington we can be on site the same day or the next morning, depending on the size of the structure and road access. Call us with the location, the footprint you need and the ground surface, and we will tell you honestly what we can hit.

What areas do you cover for emergency response?

Chelan, Douglas, Kittitas, Grant, Okanogan, Yakima and Adams counties — including Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, Chelan, Manson, Leavenworth, Cle Elum, Roslyn, Ellensburg, Yakima, Moses Lake, Quincy, Ephrata and the surrounding Columbia Basin. We travel farther for large incidents.

Can structures stay up for weeks or an entire fire season?

Yes. Extended-term installs are priced by the term and anchored for long-duration wind exposure, with our crew available for re-tensioning, repairs and relocations while the structure is up.

Do you work with purchase orders, resource orders or agency accounts?

Yes. We regularly invoice agencies, contractors and utilities against a PO or account, and we can provide itemized inventory documentation for demobilization and reimbursement.

Can you install where the ground cannot be staked?

Yes. Ballasted anchoring lets us set structures on pavement, parking lots, compacted gravel and sites with irrigation or utility lines below grade.

What else do you supply besides tents?

Flooring, lighting, heating, cooling, tables, chairs, staging for briefings, serving and catering equipment, and layout planning for the whole footprint so the camp works as one site rather than a pile of separate rentals.
