Case Study
SOAR Festival 2026 at Cave B Estate Winery — Quincy, WA
When the inaugural SOAR Festival brought David Foster, Katharine McPhee and the Wenatchee Valley Symphony Orchestra to Cave B Estate Winery — the cliff-top winery next door to The Gorge Amphitheatre — NCW Event Rentals built the guest environment around the show. A black-tie fundraiser for The Hilltop on a working winery, in Gorge wind country, leaves no room for a sloppy install. Ours held, looked the part, and struck on schedule.

Scope of Work
What We Built
Event tenting
Frame tents sited on the Cave B estate above the Columbia River Gorge, anchored for the wind exposure that comes with a cliff-top venue — with stake-and-strap clearance planned into every edge of the layout.
Guest seating & tables
Tables, chairs and lounge groupings arranged so hundreds of guests could move between the performance, dinner service and the wine program without a bottleneck.
Gala finish
A black-tie fundraising gala next door to The Gorge Amphitheatre demands a polished look — linens, lighting and staging that matched a world-class bill, not a backyard setup.
Execution
Load-in, install and strike on a working winery's schedule, coordinated with the festival production team so the site was show-ready for doors at 6 PM.
