Proposal Request FAQs
How far in advance should I book?
Peak season dates in June through September book out six to twelve months ahead, especially for tents. Off-season and weekday events are often available with a few weeks' notice — always ask.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes — and it's your call how much we do. Delivery, installation and teardown are priced line items on tents, staging, dance floors and lighting, or we can drop clean, ready-to-go gear at the curb. Tables, chairs and tabletop items can be delivered or picked up from our East Wenatchee warehouse.
What does it cost to rent a tent?
Tent cost depends on size, sidewalls, flooring, lighting and site conditions. We price every item individually so you can add or remove pieces to fit your budget.
Do you require a deposit?
A signed rental agreement and a deposit hold your date and inventory. The balance is due before delivery.
What happens if the weather turns?
This is why we plan. We talk through sidewalls, heaters, fans and anchoring in advance so your event works rain, wind or 100-degree heat.

If you have a date and a venue but no idea what fits, what you need to rent, or who to trust for catering, music and flowers — sit down with our crew for an hour. We map your full layout, equipment, vendors, weather call and timeline. The $250 fee is credited in full toward your rental booking.
