Ford Bronco Brand Activation at Suncadia Resort — Cle Elum, WA
When Ford brought the Bronco off-road experience program to Suncadia Resort in Cle Elum, NCW Event Rentals was a part of the project — a partner in getting the event done. We furnished the guest experience with farm wood tables, chairs, outdoor seating and fire pits, and helped coordinate vendors so the whole build came together. National brand teams do not get a second attempt at a launch weekend, and we were there for them to lean on whenever needed — full service, so the client had everything they needed on an active resort property, in mountain weather, on their production schedule.

What We Built
Outdoor hospitality
Farm wood tables, chairs and outdoor seating staged across the activation footprint at Suncadia Resort, so guests had comfortable, on-brand places to sit and gather around the vehicle displays.
Fire pits & lounge areas
Fire pits and relaxed lounge groupings placed to keep the space warm, inviting and usable into the mountain evening — a key part of the overall guest experience.
Vendor coordination
A reliable partner to the national production team and resort operations — helping coordinate the vendors, the install and the schedule so every piece of the event came together on time.
Full service & support
We were there for the team to lean on whenever needed — a full-service partner through the whole build, making sure the client had everything they needed to match their vision.
