Bar Rental Near You — Portable Event Bars and Wine Barrel Bars

Searching for a bar rental near you? A skirted 8-foot bar or a wine barrel bar turns the drink line into a designed part of your reception instead of a folding table with a cloth over it. We deliver, place and skirt every bar so your bartenders can walk up and start pouring.

How Many Bars Does Your Event Need?

Plan roughly one bar station per 75 to 100 guests, and one bartender per 50 to 75. A 150-guest wedding runs smoothly on two 8-foot bars, or one main bar plus a wine barrel bar for beer and wine. Under-bar your event and you will watch cocktail hour turn into a twenty-minute line.

Placement matters as much as count. We set bars where they pull guests toward the dance floor rather than trapping a line across the main walkway, and we keep back-of-bar space clear for coolers, kegs and cases.

8ft Skirted Bar or Wine Barrel Bar?

The 8-foot two-tier bar is the workhorse: a working surface for your bartenders below, a guest rail above, and a floor-length black skirt that hides everything underneath. It is the right call for full-service weddings, corporate receptions and fundraisers.

The wine barrel bar with a butcher block top is the design piece. At vineyard and winery venues in Chelan, Quincy and the Yakima Valley it reads as part of the property. Many couples use both — the big bar for volume, barrel bars for signature drinks and photos.

Bar Stools and Cocktail Seating

Counter-height industrial metal stools at 24 inches pair with cocktail tables and bar rails to create a lounge edge during cocktail hour, so guests who do not want to stand still have somewhere to land.

Bars, stools and cocktail tables all arrive on the same truck as your tent, floor and lighting — one crew, one delivery window, one point of contact. We deliver across Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, Chelan, Leavenworth, Cle Elum, Suncadia, Yakima, Ellensburg, Moses Lake, Quincy, Ephrata, the Methow Valley and the Tri-Cities.

Bar Rental Pricing

Our 8-foot rectangle bar with skirt starts at $95 and the wine barrel bar with butcher block top starts at $200; metal bar stools start at $17 each. Delivery, setup and teardown are quoted with the rest of your order based on venue, access and timing.

We do not stock alcohol or provide bartenders — we provide the bar itself, professionally delivered and placed. We are happy to recommend licensed bartending services working in your area.

How much does it cost to rent a bar for an event?

Our 8ft rectangle bar with skirt starts at $95 and the wine barrel bar with butcher block top starts at $200. Delivery and setup are quoted with your full order.

How many bars do I need for 150 guests?

Two stations is the standard for 150 guests — typically one 8ft main bar plus a wine barrel bar for beer and wine, so cocktail hour never backs up.

Do you provide bartenders or alcohol?

No. We rent the bars, stools and glassware and can recommend licensed bartending services working in your area.

Do the bars come skirted?

Yes. The 8ft rectangle bar includes a floor-length black skirt that hides coolers, kegs and cases, and our crew skirts it on site.
