Do you deliver, set up and tear down?
Yes — and however much support you need is up to you. We offer full delivery, professional installation and teardown on tents, staging, dance floors and lighting, or a simple drop-and-go if you'd rather handle setup yourself. Either way, every piece arrives clean, on time and ready to go.
How do I get a proposal?
Send us your date, location and guest count through our contact page or call (509) 661-5020. You'll get a clear, detailed proposal you can shape to fit your event before anything is confirmed.
How far in advance should I book?
Peak-season dates book six to twelve months out, especially for tents and dance floors in Cle Elum, Leavenworth and Chelan. Off-season and mid-week dates are usually available with much less notice.
What size tent do I need for my guest count?
A rough rule for seated dinners is 12 to 15 square feet per guest, so 100 guests at round tables usually needs a 40x60 tent once you allow for a buffet, bar and dance floor. Our free tent layout planner lets you drop real tents, tables and dance floors onto a satellite view of your property to check it yourself.
Do you handle tent permits and utility locates?
We call 811 for utility locates before staking on any site that requires it, and we can supply the tent specifications, anchoring details and insurance documents most venues and jurisdictions ask for.
