Planners, caterers, DJs, photographers, florists and venues we trust across Eastern Washington. Book the one-hour consultation and we hand you our vendor recommendation list — the people we'd call for our own events — and help you coordinate from there.
Weather & seasonal guidance
Canyon wind, basin heat, mountain cold. We talk through sidewalls, heaters, fans and anchoring for your date and location so your event holds up rain, wind or 100 degrees.
Timeline & logistics plan

Is the $250 consultation fee refundable?
The fee isn't refundable, but it doesn't disappear either. The full $250 is credited toward your event rental booking with NCW Event Rentals — so when you book your rentals with us, the consultation is effectively free.
What if I already know exactly what I want to rent?
Then you probably don't need a consultation — head to the catalog, build a wishlist, and we'll turn it into a proposal. The consultation is for people who don't know where to start, or whose site needs real planning before anyone can quote it.
Does the consultation replace a wedding planner?
No — and we don't try to. We're a rental company, not a day-of coordinator. The consultation covers the physical event: the layout, the equipment, the logistics and the weather call. For the rest, we hand you our vetted planner short list and help you coordinate.
Can you help me figure out what size tent I need?
That's one of the first things we solve. We drop real tents, round tables, farmhouse tables and dance floors onto a satellite view of your property, run the seating math, and confirm the size that fits your guest count and your site — not a guess.
Do you handle the venue and permit questions?
We supply the tent specifications, anchoring details and insurance documents most venues and jurisdictions ask for, and we call 811 for utility locates before staking. The consultation is a good time to surface any venue requirements we need to meet.
Where do consultations happen?
By phone or video, or in person at our East Wenatchee warehouse and showroom. For qualifying tent events we can also arrange a site visit — just ask.
