Rent for this event
A tent is the single decision that shapes every other rental on your list. We size, anchor and install tents for Eastern Washington conditions — orchard ground, vineyard slopes, canyon wind and mountain rain. Full install and teardown means you never touch a stake, or take it drop-and-go if you'd rather run it yourself.
Modular staging that scales from a two-riser head table to a full band platform. We build to the height and footprint your production needs and handle load-in and strike.
Table count drives your linen count, your chair count and your tent size. Tell us your guest number and we will build the layout with you before you rent a single thing.
Back-of-house gear that keeps food hot, coffee flowing and service on schedule. We coordinate directly with your caterer on counts and timing.
Your event starts in daylight and ends in the dark. Lighting is what carries the room across that line — and it is the rental couples most often wish they had added.
Linens set the color story for the entire room. We size them to your exact tables so you get a true floor-length drape instead of an awkward half-cover.
Facility events usually have a hard window: a parking lot that has to reopen, a shift that has to start, a venue that has to be clear by a set hour. We plan install and strike around that window rather than around our route.
The same inventory covers a 50-person appreciation lunch and a 500-person fundraising dinner — tents, staging, tables, chairs, linens, catering equipment, lighting and power planning.
You get a proposal you can hand to accounting, shape to a budget, and approve without a phone-tag chain.
