We specialize in private-property installations — turning a piece of private property into a magical event with our tents, tables, chairs, dance floors and lighting. No venue, no built-in kitchen, no level floor, no power where you need it? That is exactly the work we do: transforming raw ground into a room that seats your guest list and survives the weather, whether it's a backyard, a vineyard, a mountainside or a ranch.

We supply company picnics, employee appreciation days, grand openings, conferences, trade shows, harvest dinners and fundraising galas across the region — including work for Ford Bronco, technology companies, builders and developers, Crumbl, CMI Orchards, the Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority, Link Transit and Pybus Public Market.

Concerts & Festivals
Live events are a different animal: production schedules, crowd flow, vendor rows, weather calls and a strike that has to happen the same night. We build the physical infrastructure — stage, tents, tables, lighting — so your production team can focus on the show.

Quinceañeras
A quinceañera is a formal event with a big guest list, a real dance floor and a court that needs room to move. We rent the pieces that make a hall or a backyard feel like a ballroom.

Structure Rentals
When the job is bigger than a party tent — a multi-day festival, a harvest operation, a large fundraiser, a construction or agricultural cover — you need an engineered structure, proper anchoring and a crew that installs them for a living.

When a wildfire, flood, windstorm or extended power outage hits Eastern Washington, the response needs shelter before it needs anything else. We deploy engineered frame tents, flooring, lighting, heating, cooling and seating for incident base camps, staging areas, evacuation centers, cooling and warming shelters, and mobile command posts — often within hours of the call.

Event Design Consultation
If you have a date and a venue but no idea what fits, what you need to rent, or who to trust for catering, music and flowers — sit down with our crew for an hour. We map your full layout, equipment, vendors, weather call and timeline. The $250 fee is credited in full toward your rental booking.
Something else entirely?
Graduations, memorials, fundraisers, church events, county fairs — if it needs a tent and tables, we've probably done it.
