Cle Elum and the Suncadia corridor are some of our busiest weekends of the year. Mountain weather changes fast up here, so nearly every Cle Elum wedding we build starts with a properly engineered tent, a level dance floor, and a lighting plan that still works after the sun drops behind the ridge. Swiftwater Cellars is one of our most-booked venues — we install our black and white dance floor there almost every weekend — and Suncadia Resort keeps us on call for corporate events, brand activations, and large weddings all season.

Wenatchee is home, and we service the entire valley with real support if something changes the morning of your event. Lake Chelan wine country weddings live outdoors. Quincy and the Gorge area host everything from vineyard dinners to the biggest stages in the country — we do tenting at the Gorge Amphitheatre, one of the largest outdoor venues in the United States at roughly 27,500 capacity, plus SOAR Festival 2026 at Cave B Estate Winery, where we installed the event tents and guest seating for the David Foster and Katharine McPhee fundraiser. We handle the long delivery runs, basin wind, and open-site anchoring that Grant County events require.
