8ft banquet table rentals for Eastern Washington events
The 8-foot banquet table is the most versatile table in our inventory. At a wedding it runs the buffet line, anchors the head table, holds the cake and gifts, and doubles as family-style seating for eight to ten guests. At a corporate event it becomes registration, product display, or a clean service back for catering. Because one table does so many jobs, most events in Wenatchee, Cle Elum, Chelan, Leavenworth, Yakima, Ellensburg and Moses Lake end up needing more of them than clients first expect — we help you count every station before your proposal goes out.
Our banquet tables are commercial grade with a 30-inch top, wide enough for full chafing-dish service and centerpiece runs but narrow enough to keep long rows comfortable in tents and venue halls. They fold flat, so our crew can re-stage a room between ceremony and reception without a long turnover.
How many 8ft tables do you need?
For family-style guest seating, plan one 8-foot table per eight to ten guests. For buffet service, one table per 50 guests keeps lines moving — two tables for a double-sided line. Caterers typically want one to two additional tables behind the scenes for prep and bussing. Head tables usually run two to four eight-footers end to end depending on your wedding party count.

- Eight guests comfortably — four per side — or up to ten if you seat the ends. For buffet or display use, a single table serves roughly 50 guests per line.
- Do 8ft banquet tables need linens?
- For guest seating and display tables we recommend floor-length or fitted linens, which we rent matched to the table size. Back-of-house catering tables are often left unlined.
- Can banquet tables be used outside under a tent?
- Yes — they're our standard for tented buffets, bars, and head tables. Our crew levels each table on grass, gravel, or pavers during setup.
